Account Registration and Login

    Who can register on EwingIrrigation.com?

    EwingIrrigation.com is open to anyone! To register, simply click on the Login/Register link from any page. The only requirements for registering are your name, valid email address and a password between 8 and 17 characters containing at least three of the following: lower case, upper case, digits, and a special character.

    Can I register and link my Ewing Business Account?

    Ewing Business Account members can request Company Account Registration from the Login/Registration page. To link an account, please provide a valid Ewing Business Account number and/or the company name, and the 10-digit phone number for the account in addition to your contact name and email address.

    How do I find my Ewing Business Account number and/or phone number?

    You can find your Ewing Business Account number and the phone number on any Ewing Irrigation invoice or monthly statement. If you need further assistance, contact your nearest Ewing location, or contact Web Services using the Support button at the bottom right side of the page.

    I applied for a Ewing Business Account; can I register online and link my new account?

    Yes, you can! Please fill out the Company Account Registration request form from the Login/Registration page and our Web Services team will verify your company and contact information and contact you with login information.

    Can I link a Ewing Business Account after I have already registered on EwingIrrigation.com?

    Absolutely! If you registered on our website before applying for a Ewing Business Account or simply forgot to link your account, please contact Web Services using the Support button at the bottom right side of the page.

    How do I reset my password?

    If you cannot remember your password, simply click on the Forgot My Password link from the account login page. After entering the email address registered with your account, a password reset link will be sent. Click on the link in your email to reset the password.

    I no longer have access to the email registered to the account; how can I update the information?

    If you no longer have access to the email account used to register your account on EwingIrrigation.com, please fill out the Company Account Registration request or contact Web Services using the Support button at the bottom right side of the page.

    I attempted to register and received an alert that my email address is already registered.

    This alert means that the email address is already registered on EwingIrrigation.com. If you have forgotten your password, please use the Forgot My Password link on the account login page. If you feel this is an error, please contact Web Services using the Support button at the bottom right side of the page.

    I received an error message when registering my account with a pre-registration password.

    If you were sent a Pre-Registration Password and it does not work correctly, please contact Web Services using the Support button at the bottom right side of the page.

    Can I see my invoices and monthly statements after registering?

    Yes you can! Please allow 24 hours for all accounting information to become available on EwingIrrigation.com. After waiting 24 hours, you can view invoice history, pay your bill, and view summaries from the Account Activity section.

    Can I link multiple accounts to a single login after registering?

    Yes! Please contact Web Services using the Support button at the bottom right side of the page.

Profile and User Management

    How do I update my personal information, such as email, password or shipping addresses?

    From your name in the top of the page click on My Profile. The My Profile page provides the ability to view and update your Contact Information, Address book, and view a snapshot of your recent account activity. You can also access and reorder from your Order History and product Lists. If you have a Ewing Business Account you will have an additional menu for Company Account Activity giving you access to all Order History on your account, Quotes, Invoice History, Bill Pay, Job Tracking Requests, and Authorized User Management. If you do not see these options when you log in and have an active Ewing Business Account please contact Web Services using the Support button at the bottom right side of the page.

    Can I add users to my account?

    Registered Ewing Business Account members with Admin rights can Manage Users on the linked account. The linked users can be authorized to be used online or in store or both.

Orders, Payments and Other

    What payment methods are accepted on EwingIrrigation.com?

    We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express® from banks located in the U.S. when making a purchase or payment on EwingIrrigation.com. Learn more

    How do I check on the status of my order?

    For orders placed for in-store pickup or local delivery, please contact the Ewing location chosen at the time of purchase. For orders being shipped via carrier shipping (USPS or UPS), Please contact Web Services using the Support button at the bottom right side of the page.

    Can I order online and pick up in store?

    Currently, only Ewing Business Account members can select select "In-store Pickup" at the time of checkout. Shoppers that do not have a Ewing Business Account may only choose USPS or UPS as a delivery option. Apply for an account now.

    Can I modify or cancel my order?

    Yes. For orders placed for in-store or local delivery, please contact the Ewing location chosen at the time of purchase. For orders being shipped USPS or UPS, orders may be changed prior to the order being processed and shipped. Please contact Web Services using the Support button at the bottom right side of the page.

    How do I make a return or exchange?

    Returns and exchanges may be requested up to 30 days after the original date of receipt and are accepted online or at one of our locations. Learn more

    What does it mean when a product stock status is labeled "Call for Availability"?

    When an item is listed as "Call for availability", this means the item is not currently in stock at the location selected. We suggest that you call the individual location to determine if and when the item will be back in stock, if it can be transferred from another nearby location, or if the item is a special order from the supplier.     Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, purchases made on EwingIrrigation.com are only eligible to be shipped within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
